He leverages AI and data to deliver actionable insights, positioning clients like Mercedes-Benz and Cornell University as market leaders. His vision has been instrumental in restructuring the agency into Rebel, 535, and Virtuoso. As Co-founder and Owner of Virtuoso, he leads with the Multi-Dimensional Intelligence™ approach, achieving significant market expansion and engagement increases, setting Virtuoso apart from traditional consultancies.
BJ’s expertise spans digital marketing, advertising, business development, and legal counsel. His career includes pivotal roles at Digital Surgeons, where he significantly boosted profitability and employee satisfaction, and as Principal Consultant, Founder, and CEO of Pervae, LLC, where he delivered data-driven consulting. He honed his legal acumen as General Counsel at Digital Surgeons, managing IP and compliance. BJ’s academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law (2008) and a BS in Management from Boston University (2004), and he holds certifications from Google, HubSpot, and Dale Carnegie.
