This company had three distinct lines of beverages that were distributed both on- and off-premises. Unfortunately, the line with the most potential had unfavorable terms and consistency issues with its co-packer. Production issues weighed down sales prospects for the brand.
The Virtuoso approach permalink
We met with the company’s co-packers and decided to wind down the relationship. To do so, we increased production at an alternative facility and brokered a joint venture to secure higher-volume production and share in contract revenues. We also created a capabilities presentation for private label customers.
